Who is Matteo Russo

Matteo Russo was born and is currently living in Naples. He graduated with a scientific diploma from the high school of the Convitto Vittorio Emanuele II in 2015. In the following three years, Matteo became a flight attendant in Rome, he attended the IT faculty at Federico II and the Apple Academy in 2017/18. Matteo then flew for a year to Dublin with an angel investor. His last formative course was with WWF where Matteo Russo focused on green-entrepreneurship.

The Apple Academy was the most formative experience of his life, where he had the great opportunity to give free rein to his creativity, to manage a work team and to present various projects in English, thus also practicing design and soft skills in other languages. In 2019, Matteo Russo won the scholarship for the last “live” edition of the WWDC Event in San Francisco, the main annual event held by Apple.

The WWDC was an incredible experience, where he learned many technical “secrets” on how to be successful on the App Store.

Currently he’s working on new ways to innovate the digital, entertainment and travel industries.

His motto? “Watch the stars and see yourself running with them”
