It depends. For example, our website packages usually range from €2.999 – €4.999. However it really depends on what kind of website you need. We recently created a custom pricing calculator to give you an idea of the different options available.
The process we use to create sites, software, designs or marketing campaigns takes a certain amount of time and a lot of planning and research. Unlike other agencies, we DON’T use templates. We build your website from scratch, which means you get a unique design tailored around your business. Buying a website from us should not just simply be seen as a business expense as your website is a sales tool that should earn you money.
We split the payment into two. We take 50% of the agreed sum, as soon as the contract is sealed and we get ourselves to work on your project. In case your project consists in a new website, this first half includes a mockup of your project.
If the delivery time is less than 30 days, the other 50% shall be collected when we give you the keys to your new, completed project, which date will be timestamped with a clear email sent by us. Otherwise the following 50% is taken 30 days after the first half.
The payment window is 5 days long: understand that if we don’t get payed within the first 5 days from sending your bill, we can cancel the project anytime.
You’re in luck. We offer a risk-free guarantee. Before your new project comes to light, we’ll design its mockup. So we’ll show you a layout made in Photoshop first, that way you’ll get to see our initial designs within approximately ten days. This is your opportunity to give us feedback and if you really don’t like it, you don’t have to move forward.
No. In the past we have found that projects can take a lot longer than expected to complete. We might be waiting for information from you and this can delay the process. Sometimes these delays can take months. This is why we always invoice 30 days max after the original payment. At this point we’ll be well on our way with your new website and you’ll be able to see the progress.
It takes approximately 10 to 30 days to build a website from start to finish (usually other agency take about 6/10 weeks), providing we have all the information from you. Other services can take longer (like custom software) or less (like illustrations). Generally speaking, the projects will only take a long time if we are still waiting for info, text and images from yourself.
Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initially chat via mail, on the phone or via Skype to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email.
This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can come back to it later.

If we build your website, we will generally manage the hosting for you for the first year and provide you the account credentials, so you don’t need to do anything. We use the same hosting company for our own website and for ALL our clients. Each website is managed individually to avoid any security issues. Every website we build has unlimited bandwidth, 10GB of disk space, easily supports 10.000 simultaneous visits and 99.9% uptime. We’ve used the same company for 5 years and we don’t plan on changing this anytime soon, unless the clients chooses otherwise and we agree on an exception.
Yes, we can arrange a maintenance package to suit your needs. This can range from 1hr per month to 10 hours per month and we can discuss a package that’s right for you.
In case it’s a website, then yes. We like to offer the ability for our clients to update the website themselves. We we’ll give you all the training and tools to be able to make website amendments. We use a easy to use platform called WordPress so you can add edit and delete content without paying us to do it for you. Note that we are not responsible for any problem or alteration caused by your edits, therefore if something needs to be fixed, you either want to prevent by purchasing a backup plan with us or, if it’s too late, purchasing a disaster recovery package.
If you don’t like WordPress as a CMS, we can always choose to make a website with more native approaches. Bear in mind that this will cost you more, since the customization will be ultimately higher and the cost of our services will obviously rise up.
If you already have a website. That’s great. This means we can build your new website whilst your other website is still live. Once we are ready to go live and you are happy with the new site we can then swap the old site for the new one. It can take as little as 10 minutes for the new website to be visible, unless of course you also need to change the hosting provider. This means you’ll barely even notice a dip in your traffic numbers.
Absolutely yes. It is in our intent to make your website fully responsive and will look great on all devices. We don’t charge extra for this. It comes as standard.
It depends. There’s no clear answer to this question as search engines change their requirements all the time. However, we have had clients get to the first page for their main keywords within 2 days of launching and we’ve had websites take 2–3 months for Google to show them on the first page.
However, there is no guarantee you will ever get to the first page of Google for your main keywords, some of your competitors might have huge marketing budgets or have been there for years.
One key factor, of course, is also your budget: the more you spend on our SEO services, the better results you will get, since a decent budget is needed to confront your online competition, especially if you’re new on the market.
We can, because we know how to do anything. But as always, you have to bear in mind that the bigger the work, the bigger the cost.
Yes. Hosting is like renting space on the internet. You’ll need to buy hosting otherwise people won’t be able to access your website. Same goes for a domain, unless you intend to use free ones (like “hello.wordpress.com”), though we highly discourage you do that.
Of course. You can find it as an optional package between our services. As long as it’s available for purchase, we’ll buy it for you and pay for the first year. We’ll send you an annual invoice for the renewal along with the hosting fees.
Obviously, if the domain name costs more than the norm, then we’d have to discuss this with you!
It depends which package you choose. SEO is usually an ongoing commitment and will require continuous work. However, we do offer a package that will start you off on the right foot.
It can vary dramatically but our monthly SEO plans begin at €400+VAT per month. This is generally a starter plan for a local business with a moderate amount of competition.
Some of our other clients pay over €1000+VAT per month for our SEO services. It really depends on how much work will be required and how much competition you have in your industry.
We track your indexing positions and your traffic using our reliable softwares. We get updates every day and will be able to see what works and what doesn’t. Daily reports will be available so that you can see the traffic numbers and rankings.
We will, as part of our subscription contract (loan for use). This means that if you stop paying our subscription, we can not keep your site up and running, since that will cost us too much money. It basically works like the site was yours: if you don’t want to keep it up, the companies you usually pay will shut it down. This DOES NOT mean that we will have ownership over your business, but just over its online portal, until you cancel our subscription or purchase its one-time payment counterpart.

Important: bear in mind that by asking us to re-design your website under a subscription contract, you’re practically giving us ownership over the site. You will not have access to your online site. We will also delete your hosting plan and domain registration, making the latter free to register once again under your full ownership.
